About the film
The writer Konstantin Streletsky lives a withdrawn life at his country house, and withdraws further still after his driver dies in unexplained circumstances. Anna Skorokhodova, a philology student captivated by his work and his reputation for secrecy, meets him at a press conference and sets out, with real journalistic determination, to find out who he actually is. Released in Russian as Затворник.
