About the film
Twin seamstresses Vera and Lyuba are drawn into an elite artistic circle through the modernist painter Serge. When the photographer Vadim breaks Vera's heart, she attempts suicide, and Lyuba turns to a dark ritual to punish him — a revenge that backfires on both sisters and spirals toward tragedy.
